HoloCam: Low power target detector

Standard target detectors use cameras and computationally expensive algorithms that make them power hungry for mobile monitoring. We introduce HoloCam, a next generation target detector that combines a computer generated target hologram and a large area single pixel detector to leverage optical correlation with a single pixel spot vs. blur classifier. Holocam achieves low power high speed target detection with a wide field of view in room light. COSI 12, COSI 13, US9245445B2.
