3D Optofluidics
3D optofluidic microscopy
We introduce two methods for achieving 3D imaging with optofluidic microscopes. The first method uses a combination of a Bessel beam illumination and a Bessel detection module to localize the three dimensional position and brightness of every object point in the sample. In contrast, the second method uses the Bessel detection module together with a uniform illumination, and measures several perspective projections of the sample, which are then combined to form a three dimensional image.
