3D Superresolution
3D single molecule superresolution imaging
A collaborative effort between the University of Colorado and Stanford University demonstrated 3D superresolution imaging beyond the optical diffraction limit using double helix photoactivated localization microscopy. Two molecules as close as 14 nm in x, 26 nm in y, and 21 nm in z are resolved by this technique. Nobel Prize, PNAS, Optics Express, Nature Methods, Laser Focus World, Nature, Nature Photonics.
